RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We’re so convinced you’ll absolutely love our products, that we’re willing to offer a 14-day Return & Exchange. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a store credit within 14 days of making a purchase.

Sale and Clearance Items
Only Regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale or clearance items cannot be returned. They may be exchanged for size upon availability at the time of request.


Apparel must be:

- Unworn, unwashed, and have no signs of damage (no makeup stains, rips/tears, deodorant marks, etc.)

- If you wish to return or exchange an item, please follow the procedure below:
_ Log in to “My Account”
_ Click on “My Returns”
_Click “Create new returns” choose the item(s) you want to return and let us know why
_ Pay for your return shipping in the portal
_ Click on “Proceed” and remember to provide us with your name, & address

_ After your request has been approved, we will send you an email which will include the appropriate instructions. The products must be received unworn and in their original packaging.
Note: You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs with regard to the items that you wish to return, as well as the duties and taxes. We will not refund the shipping costs.

_ Once the item is picked up, we will refund the amount as Store Credit.

Exchange Process:
- Log in to “My Account” and login
- Click on “My returns/ size Change”
- Click “Create” and select “Change your size”
- Select the items you want to exchange
- Pay for your return shipping in the portal
- Click on “Proceed”
- Click on “Create” and your order is ready
_In an event of exchange, please specify the product(s) you wish to be shipped in exchange for your return. Products must be received first before sending in the replacement item.

_You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject an exchange
