Lili Blanc Boutique delivers across the GCC and internationally. We offer online payments through debit and credit cards, and Cash on Delivery (COD) is only available for orders within the UAE via Aramex. Please find the delivery methods below.
Track Your Order
- All orders are dispatched within 2 business days.
- After placing an order on Lili Blanc Boutique, you will receive an email confirming that we have received and are processing your order. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the following business day.

To keep you informed about the progress of your order, we will send email notifications as we dispatch your goods, including our courier tracking numbers. Your package will be delivered to the address you specified within 3 to 10 business days, depending on your location.
Note: Lili Blanc Boutique is not responsible for any delays caused by couriers. Delays may occur, especially during peak volume periods. However, these are the best delivery estimations available and are generally reliable.
Import Duties and Taxes
- Taxes are included in the price of the product; no additional taxes are calculated at checkout. Depending on your region, some orders may incur duties if the total value of the order exceeds a certain amount determined by location. This means that when your parcel goes through customs, you won’t receive additional import fees, and your parcel will arrive faster!
- Depending on your region, international orders may incur import duties and taxes from local customs and agencies.
- Customers are responsible for these fees. Since we don’t control these charges, we can’t cover them for you.
- We have no control over the agencies or the fees and taxes they charge. Orders may also be delayed by these agencies.
- Lili Blanc Boutique is not liable for additional costs related to customs that may occur. We recommend contacting your local customs authority to determine their charges before completing your order.

Returns
- Credit Notes: If you paid via Cash on Delivery, you will receive a credit note for the purchase value, redeemable only online at www.liliblanc.com. This credit note is valid for three months from the date of issue, can be used only once, and cannot be partially redeemed. Refunds will be processed only through the original payment method and may take 10 to 45 days, depending on the issuing bank.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If the merchandise is damaged, defective, or different from what you expected, return it in its original packaging within 14 days. Ensure the packaging is intact before accepting delivery. If packaging is tampered with or damaged, refuse the delivery and contact us at wecare@liliblanc.com with your order reference number. We will attempt a replacement delivery as soon as possible.
- Sales and Clearance Items: Only regular-priced items may be returned. Sale or clearance items cannot be returned but may be exchanged for a different size, subject to availability.
- General Return Policy: You may cancel your order within 24 hours for a refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return items bought from www.liliblanc.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in unused condition with original tags.
Exchange Policy
- Exchange Process: If you wish to exchange an item, log in to “My Account” on our website, select “My Returns,” and choose “Create New Return.” Indicate the item(s) you want to return and reason for the exchange. Pay for return shipping through the portal, then click “Proceed.” You will receive an email with further instructions. The items must be received unworn and in their original packaging. Specify the product(s) you wish to receive in exchange. The replacement item will be shipped once we receive the returned item.
- Packaging: Ensure that goods are properly packaged to prevent damage during transit. We may reject exchanges if the product is damaged or used beyond reasonable inspection.
- Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs, as well as any duties and taxes. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Store credit will be issued once the item is received.
